The Federal German constitutional court has rejected an appeal by Wolfgang Hedler, anti-Semitic deputy of the Bonn Paliament, against his arrest following conviction on charges of slandering the Jews and members of the German resistance movement. Hedler, who is in Neumunster jail, appealed on grounds of parliamentary immunity.

Funds for the publication of an anti-Semitic newspaper are being raised by the recently-formed “Committee for German Revival,” it was reported here today. More than $20,000 has already been collected.
