National Jewish Bloc Wins in Buenos Aires Community Elections

The National Jewish Bloc, consisting of the Zionists and other major Jewish groups in the city, captured 60 percent of the total voted in the Jewish community elections held on Sunday, it was announced here today after all ballots were counted.

The Marquess of Reading, British Parliamentary Under Secretary for Foreign Affairs, arrived here yesterday on a goodwill mission for the British Government. He will be a guest of the Argentine Government and will visit Uruguay, Brazil and Chile afterwards.
