Truman Names Eliot Kaplan to Head Federal Pension Study

President Truman has announced the appointment of A. Eliot Kaplan, of New York, to head a study of Federal employees retirement systems. Mr. Kaplan is a private consultant on pension plans and a former executive director of the National Civil Service League.
