A note of urgency has been injected into the discussions by the Egyptians to frighten the State Department into the belief that the Naguib Government may be replaced within the next several months by an administration lese friendly in the United States. The view of elements in the State Department in that since Egypt leads the Arab League, a visit by Gen.
