Moscow Organ Says Israel Sold to “american Imperialists”

The Soviet Ministry of Education has joined in the campaign against Israel, according to a report from the Moscow correspondent of the New York Times. The report says that Teachers’ Gazette, organ of the Education Ministry, came out with an article charging that Israel has created in Palestine ghettos for the Arabs “similar to Jewish ghettos created by Hitler in Poland.”

Creation of Arab ghettos by what the Teachers’ Gazette described as “hysterical Zionists” was said by it to be part of the racist policy of the United States,” the report states. The newspaper charged that “bosses of the Jewish state sold for dollars their country to American imperialists” and now without any limitation carry out “the policy of their transocean bosses.”
