Dr. R.P. Lammers, prominent Dutch engineer, will soon proceed from here to Israel to advise the government there on agricultural problems, it was announced here today. He has been assigned to this task by the technical assistance administration of the United Nations.
A resolution urging the facilitation of emigration of Jews from Holland to Israel was adopted here at a convention of the Zionist Association of Netherlands As a result of this resolution, Zionist leaders here will start negotiations with the Dutch Government for subsidizing Jewish emigration to Israel.
