Karl Marx, editor of the German Jewish weekly “Allgemeine Wochenzeitung der Juden in Deutschland,” was today presented with the Grand Service Cross of the West German Republic for his work in behalf of understanding between the German people and the State of Israel and the Jewish people. The presentation was made by the Minister-President of North Rhine-Westphalia.
