There is great interest in Israel and sympathy for her cause in India, Burma and Indonesia, despite Arab propaganda, Reuben Barakat, Mapai leader, declared here today after returning from an extensive tour of the Far East. Mr. Barakat, who was an Israeli delegate to the recent conference of Asiatic Socialist parties in Rangoon, reported that representatives of the labor movement of India and Indonesia would visit Israel this Spring.
