One of two youths arrested for attacking a Jewish boy in the Roxbury district, scene of a number of anti-Jewish incidents, has been sentenced to three months imprisonment in Dorchester District Court.
Judge William G. Lynch, after hearing evidence, said there was no anti-Semitism in this case and reprimanded newspapers for giving it an anti-Semitic hue. Sgt. Abraham Morse, who made the police investigation, likewise said there was no anti-Jewish incitement.
