Alexander Wiley, chair###ign Relations Committee. Sen. Wiley said today that he has ### Dulles speaking to him about the Act. Mr. Hagerty stressed ###ion as to when the White House may send a specific request ###to implement the revision of the Act mentioned in the Presi###n address.
