A special memorial service was held on Mt. Zion today to commemorate the fifth anniversary of the fall of the Old City of Jerusalem to the Arab Legion. The Chief Rabbinate also issued a proclamation expressing the hope that Jews would receive the right of access to Jewish Holy Places now held by the Arabs.
