Israel Finance Minister Levi Eshkol, accompanied by Ambassador Abba Eban, today made separate calls on Secretary of Agriculture Ezra T. Benson and Secretary of the Treasury George M. Humphrey. The meetings were described by Mr. Eshkol as “courtesy calls.”
