Isaac Gerstenkorn, Mayor of Bnei Brak, the all-Orthodox town in Israel, was today received at City Hall by Mayor Vincent Impellitteri. Mayor Gerstenkorn, who will be a guest speaker at the 30th annual convention of Hapoel Hamizrachi of America which opens in Atlantic City tomorrow, presented Mayor Impellitteri with a copy of his latest books which is a commentary on the Psalms.
