U.N. Expert Leaves for Israel to Advise on Indoor Climate

George V. Parmelee, of the United States, left yesterday for Europe on his way to Israel where, as a United Nations technical assistance expert, he will give technical advice on problems connected with improving indoor climate research, with particular emphasis on means of natural ventilation and protection from the sun. Mr. Parmelee is being sent by the U.N. Technical Assistance Administration in response to a request received from the Government of Israel.
