Dr. Emanuel Neumann, head of the Economic Department of the Jewish Agency, was honored by the General Zionist Party of Israel last night on the occasion of his 60th birthday. Speakers at the dinner, at ZOA House here, included Speaker of the Knesset Joseph Sprinzak, Minister of Industry Peretz Bernstein, Minister of Health Joseph Serlin and Joseph Heftman, editor of Haboker, the General Zionist newspaper in Tel Aviv.
