A congress of the world Betar movement, the Zionist-Revisionist youth movement, opened at Ramath Gan’s outdoor stadium last night, with 100 delegates from 14 countries outside Israel and from the Jewish State in attendance. Menahem Beigen, leader of the Herut Party, addressed the youth rally.
