A six-point program under which American youth could help strengthen democracy was proposed today at the 30th annual convention of Aleph Zadek Aleph, B’nai B’rith youth organization for young men, by Israel Moss, Anti-Defamation League national youth director.
Mr. Moss suggested that Jewish youth work for: legislation to curb discrimination in education; strengthened state and Federal civil rights law; legislation limiting the activities of such groups as the Ku Klux Klan; Federal and state legislation to guarantee equal rights in employment and housing; defense of American public schools from “unjustified attacks”; and abolition of “social discrimination. “
