Laszlo Fodor, Hungarian born Jewish artist and political cartoonist, who ranked among Germany’s leading cartoonists until Hitler came to power, died here at the age of 57. From 1933 until a year ago, when he took up residence in West Germany, Mr. Fodor lived in the United States.
