Dr. Joseph Burg, Israel Minister of Posts, Telegraph and Telephone, left here today for Brazil. Dr. Burg is touring Latin America in behalf of the Israel bond sales campaign. He was accompanied by Dr. Arieh L. Kubovi, Israel Minister to Buenos Aires.
