Two enlisted men, members of the United States forces at the U.S. air base at Thule, Greenland, have formed a congregation at the Arctic base, it was reported by Ansel E. Talbert who has just returned from a tour of U.S. bases in the Arctic which he undertook for the New York Herald Tribune.

Congregation Bnai Thule, the report says, was established by Airman 2nd Class William J. Gordon of Trenton, N. J., a graduate of Yeshiva University who plans to continue his studies and seek a commission as a chaplain in the Air Force, and Army Pfc. Mautice Betman of Detroit. Services have attracted as many as 28 persons including members of the base unit and visiting personnel and civilians.
