President Ben Zvi today announced the establishment of two Presidential awards for specific scholarly essays. One will be given for a paper on the history of the Jewish communities which were liquidated by the immigration movement to Israel. The second is for a paper on the history of the Jewish communities destroyed during World War II.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
