Hundreds of leading Jews turned out at the airport here joining representatives of the Cuban Government in greeting Dr. Joseph Kessary, Israel Minister, upon his arrival here. Dr. Kessary, who is also Israel’s diplomatic representative in Mexico, came here to present has credentials Minister to Cuba.
