The ranks granted by the Israel Government to members of the Jewish Agency under the pact signed here yesterday concern only seating arrangements at official functions, it was indicated here today. The chairman of the Jewish Agency executive will be seated next to members of the Cabinet. Other members of the executive will rank with members of the Israel Parliament.
