Jacob Blaustein, honorary president of the American Jewish Committee, conferred here today with Deputy Under-Secretary of State Robert Murphy on the Middle East situation. Mr. Blaustein offered suggestions for Egypt to lift the Suez Canal blockade against Israel and regarding the allocation of arms, if any, to be furnished in the Middle East.
