A trade agreement is soon to be negotiated between Bulgaria and Israel, it became known here today.
Preliminary conversations between the Israeli envoy and Bulgarian authorities have been held in Sofia. Bulgaria is prepared to sell substantial quantities of wheat to Israel, accepting up to 40 percent of the payments in Israeli exports.
