Dr. David Horowitz, Governor of the State Bank of Israel, arrived here today to represent Israel, for the first time, at the annual meeting in Washington of the International Monetary Fund and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development. While in this country, Dr. Horowitz will attend several important rallies for Israel Bonds.
