The remains of Moses Hess, pioneer of the Zionist Socialist movement, will soon be transferred from a burial plot in Cologne to Israel. Dr. S. Levenberg, Jewish Agency representative, told a Zionist meeting in Manchester last night. Hess’ proposal that Palestine be a national home for Jews influenced Theodor Herzl and other early Zionist leaders.
