Berl Locker, chairman of the Jewish Agency in Jerusalem, who has spent the past two months in a special tour for the Israel Bond drive in a number of Latin American countries, arrived in New York today from Mexico City. He will return to his home in Israel in the near future.
During his visit to Central and South America, Mr. Locker conferred with leaders of Israel Bond campaigns, and was instrumental in furthering their efforts to raise investment dollars for the economic development of Israel.
