The plenary session of the Jewish Agency executive today concluded its deliberations and elected a committee to prepare for the establishment of a new land authority as suggested by the Jewish National Fund.

Evaluating the results of the session, Dr. Nahum Goldman, chairman of the Agency, told the Jewish Telegraphic Agency that he had found a basis for agreement in principle on his proposals to intensify and consolidate the world Zionist Organization, as well as a determination to re-organize the present set-up.

Dr. Goldmann, who is leaving on Sunday for Paris, discussed with Israel Foreign Minister Moshe Sharett relations between the Israel Government and the Jewish Agency. He expects to return to Israel in May, shortly before the opening of the meeting of the Zionist Actions Committee.
