Neturei Karta elements here held a demonstration today in front of they youth club established by the Labor Zionist on the edge of the Mea Shearim quarter. During the demonstration eight members of the ultra-Orthodox sect were arrested. Before the demonstration they observed a special fast and recited prayers.
Meanwhile, the Magistrate’s Court in Jerusalem has decided to proceed with the trial of 38 Neturei Karta members arrested in various demonstrations and clashes. They will be fried in small groups.
