The DAIA, central communal organization of Jews in Argentina, and the Zionist Central Council condemned the hanging of the two Jews in Cairo. “Argentine Jewry,” a statement said, “raises its voice in pain and wrath at the hate and vengeance shown by Egypt’s government.”
