New York Senate Approves Bill Outlawing Bias in Public Housing

The New York State Senate approved unanimously yesterday a bill outlawing discrimination in publicly-assisted rental property. The measure has been sent to the State Assembly, where it is assured of passage. The bill has bipartisan support.
