“Jewish History Week” opened today and will be observed throughout the country until April 23, under the auspices of the American Jewish Historical Society. An extensive compilation of program material and books has been made available by the Society to Jewish schools, community organizations and congregations wanting to continue developing interest in Jewish history generated by the observance of the American Jewish Tercentenary.
The Archive of the Jewish Telegraphic Agency includes articles published from 1923 to 2008. Archive stories reflect the journalistic standards and practices of the time they were published.
