There is a “very low rate of Juvenile delinquency among Jewish families because of the integrated family life,” Judge. V. Lorne Stewart of the Toronto Family and Juvenile Court told a joint Parliamentary committee. Judge Stewart was testifying on a proposal for dealing with juvenile delinquency.
