Morris Berinstein Named National Campaign Chairman of Israel Bonds

Morris W. Berinstein of Syracuse, N.Y., who has been in the forefront of national leadership in fund-raising for Israel during the past decade, had been elected national campaign chairman for Israel bonds, it was announced today by Abraham Feinberg, president of the Development Corporation for Israel, which recently assumed responsibility for the sale of Israel Development Bonds in the U.S.

Mr. Feinberg also announced the election of Joseph Shulman of Paterson, N.Y., as chairman of the executive committee of the bond organization; Mrs. Michael A. Stavitsky of East Orange, N.J., as chairman of the national women’s division, and Judge Louis E. Levinthal of Philadelphia as chairman of “Guardians of Israel.”
