West German “Aryanizers,” whom the courts compelled to return Jewish businesses or real estate they acquired during the Nazi regime, assembled in this city to elect a new leadership of their organization and to raise funds for the establishment of a lobby in Bonn. The “Federal Union of Restitution Victims,” formerly known as the “Association for Loyal Restitution.” met behind locked doors.
