Anti-semitic Publisher Charged with Propaganda Against Draft

Mrs. Lucille Miller, publisher of an anti-Semitic, anti-Catholic hate sheet at Bethel, Vermont, will be brought into the United States District Court here Monday to answer charges of attempting to influence young men against the draft. Mrs. Miller, who was adjudged insane last month, has been released from a mental hospital on order of a Federal judge.
