Appointment of Sydney Lubarr as community relations director of the American Zionist Committee for Public Affairs was announced today by Ribbi Philip S. Bernstein, chairman, and I. L. Kenen, executive director.
The Zionist Committee for Public Affairs, which represents all Zionist bodies in the country is concerned with maintaining and improving friendship and goodwill between the Untied States and Israel. Mr. Lubarr served as director of the Israel bond office in Washington.
