A local court has ordered a German woman tenant to vacate her apartment, a long-term lease notwithstanding, because she had made an antis-Semitic remark and, under the circumstances the Jewish landlord, Mrs. Betty Klemperer of Cleveland Ohio, could not be expected to continue the relationship.
