Arab Governments Charged at U.N. with Obstructing Refugee Aid Work

The Arab governments were accused today of obstructing the work of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Refugees which conducts relief activities among the Palestine Arab refugees. The charge was voiced by Henry R. Labouisse, director of UNRWA, in the course of a report which he made at today’s session of the Special Political Committee of the UN General Assembly.
