Sidney S. Cohen, executive director of the Associated Jewish Philanthropies and of the Combined Jewish Appeal of Greater Boston, was today elected president of the Massachusetts Conference of Social Work at its annual meeting here. The Conference is comprised of representatives of public and privately supported health, welfare and recreation agencies throughout the Commonwealth.
