The Mayor of Tel Aviv, Chaim Levanon, arrived here and was received at the airport by representatives of Jewish institutions. Later in the day, Mayor Levanon called on his Buenos Aires counterpart, Mayor de la Torre, and together they laid a flower wreath on the tom of General San Martin, an Argentine national hero.
