Israel has signed an agreement with the atomic energy authority of the United Kingdom associating Britain with the Franco-Israel pact for re-search and development work in atomic energy, Dr. Ernst Bergmam, chairman of Israel’s Atomic Energy Commission, announced here today. The Israelis and the French have been working with heavy water manufactured by an Israeli process.
