Foreign military observers today watched Israeli infantry, artillery and Air Force units work out a combined operational war problem. The maneuver consisted of storming and capturing three hills.
At the conclusion of the exercise, the observers, who included some high-ranking officers, expressed admiration for the training and ability to cooperate of the various Israeli Army arms.
