An urgent meeting of the Israel Cabinet, devoted to security and foreign affairs, was held today under the chairmanship of Levi Eshkol, Acting Premier, following a visit he made to Premier David Ben Gurion who is now vacationing at Sdeh Boker.

While the Cabinet was in session, the United Nations headquarters here announced it had received a complaint from Egypt that Israeli forces penetrated 10 miles into Egyptian territory and attacked an army post south of EI Auja. Five Egyptian soldiers were killed and one wounded in the attack, the UN report said.
