United States Senator Paul H. Douglas of Illinois was received by Prime Minister David Berr Gurion here today after a visit to the Gaza Strip, and following discussions on economic problems with Finance Minister Levi Eshkol.
Sen. Douglas, who is a member of the Senate Banking Committee, came here yesterday for a two-day visit, after first stopping in Jordan. He conferred also with David Horowitz, governor of the Bank of Israel.
