The election of Phillip Stollman, prominent Detroit builder and communal leader, as chairman of the Board of Trustees of Bar-Ilan University, the American sponsored institution of higher education at Ramat Gan, Israel, was announced here today at the annual meeting of the Board. Mr. Stollman will also serve as chairman of the American Committee for Bar-Ilan University, the University’s chief fund-raising arm.
