Israel Foreign Ministry sources denied today receipt of any communication from United Nations Secretary General Dag Hammarskjold in Cairo, demanding that Israel agree to the stationing of United Nations forces on Israel territory.

Israel circles generally reflected today an increasing exasperation with Mr. Hammarskjold’s soft handling of Nasser as compared to the insistent pressure put on Israel for more and more concessions. It was pointed out here today that it was not even certain that Mr. Hammarskjold had asked Nasser whether he still insists on belligerent rights in defiance of the Security Council rulings. Egypts aggressive answer in the form of public announcements, however, it was pointed out, would leave little reason for any visit by Mr. Hammarskjold to Jerusalem at this stage.
