The Hamburg public prosecutor has initiated an investigation against Friedrich Niland for writing and publishing a violently anti-Semitic pamphlet, Federal Minister of the Interior Dr. Gerhard Schroeder told the Bundestag. The Federal Criminal Police has confiscated 111 copies remaining of the original edition of 2,000.

The 400-year-old Jewish cemetery in the suburb of Moiling, near Luebeck, which was desecrated at the end of March by hooligans whom the police have been unable to apprehend, has again been desecrated. The Schleswig-Holstein Minister of the Interior, Helmut Lemke, has posted a $1,200 reward for information leading to their arrest.
