Eshkol Discusses French $30,000,000 Credit with New French Premier

The thirty million dollar credit extended to Israel by the previous French Government was understood to have been discussed last night in meeting between Israeli Finance Minister Levi Eshkol and new French Premier Bourges Manoury and Finance Minister Felix Gaillard. The possibility of French investments in Israel also was reportedly discussed.

Former President Vincent Auriol and Mrs. Auriol announced acceptance today of the invitation by the Israeli Government to visit Israel during the tenth anniversary of statehood celebrations next year.
